Enhanced Rex v2.07
Added option to reduce verbosity of Team Player Counts.
Add the following to your server.ini under the REX section:
BalanceInfo = 0

0 = show no Team Balance Info , ie player counts, 1 = Yes, Show Balance Info.

Enhanced Rex v2.06
What it does: if you have mechwarrior, and you are running the "EvilBot" AKA MW4Monitor, Enhanced REX is a plugin , that will auto balance 2 teams. If you want balance then you should make sure you enforce 2 team limits.
Also, it includes a little protection from long names by kicking them out of your server (with a warning to change it).
This will not protect your server from crashes. But, it will keep them from staying in your server.

The Main reason for this version:

I received some requests for reduced "verbosity" from Rex.
So basically, I went thru the DLL and tried to reduce the sentences to less than 1 line in the chat.
However, since I don't have MW4Monitor running, and thus no way to "Test" the DLL, I can't be sure it will work.

I also added a new command that you can put in the server.ini file
MechInfo=0
MechInfo=1
if you use =0 that turns off REX from telling anything about a mechs Chassis or tonnage.
=1 turns on reporting of the mech chassis and tonnage.

THIS is NOT all the rex documents. Its just some notes.

If there is a problem please report it to this thread.
Please note, that until Mektek fixes the "ghosts" left behind after kick-kick or ban, the "counter" will have errors.
These usually go away if a new map is called up.

We will test this tonight 7/20/10 on the Sunder II server & see how it goes.
